So last week was pretty cool. I went to work on Monday and then took Tuesday and Wednesday off which went nicely with having Thursday and Friday off for Thanksgiving. Amy and I drove home Tuesday morning and I got a ticket for not having my seatbelt on on the ramp to I-80 (maybe a mile from my apt) which sucked. We had Thanksgiving at my moms house that night and then had dinner with my dad Wednesday night. We drove back to Des Moines after dinner because Amy had to work on Thursday.
Thursday, Amy and I made lunch on Thanksgiving and Kevi and Stacy came over. Everything turned out ok. The turkey was really good. Then Amy had to work at 5 so we hung out and watched movies and drank wine the rest of the day.
Friday we pretty much just hung out and recovered from the traveling and cooking which was nice.
Saturday Amy had to work so I hung out all day. Then I went to Dereks where Nick, Nicole, Kevi, and Stacy were. Amy came over after she got off work. We played pool and watched Anchorman which ruled.
Sunday, Amy and I went Christmas shopping and got some decorations for the apt. We then put up the Christmas tree and wrapped some presents. Crazy busy week.
