This weekend Derek, Nathan, and I drove up to Rochester, MN for a Heely demo at the Apache Mall. We drove up on Friday and stayed at The Hilton downtown. On Friday night we went out to a bar called West Fire which was supposed to be really popular. It was alright. We had a beer then left. We then stopped at every gas station on the way back to the hotel to get directions back downtown. We went to The Redwood Room and had martinis and met some girls who worked for CNN. They were stupid. Then we walked to a bar by the hotel and hung out and played foosball. We left there around 1am and went to the hotel and ordered pizza and talked the front desk guy into letting us go swimming. So we carried our pizza and cooler down and hung out for a while. Then somehow this annoying girl got into our room and wouldn't shut up about herself so she got kicked out.

On Saturday was the demo. It went pretty much like any other demo. We rolled around, gave out stickers, ate some mall food, and stood around. We got back to Des Moines around 6pm with Sunday to spare which was nice.
